THE POOL WALLET
COIN IN, BOARD PAYOUTS OUT, NOTHING ELSE. IT NEVER SELLS.

TODAY. There is no wallet yet, and so no pool and no schedule. Nothing is deployed: no contract, no board, no address. This page is where the address, the schedule and the ledger go on the day the wallet is funded, and it is here first so that what it will say can be read before there is any money in it. Until then
the board keeps your best score in your own browser and pays nothing.
THE TWO WALLETS
THE POOL WALLET — a 3-of-5 custodian multisig on Base, address published here when funded.
Coin in, board payouts out, nothing else. It moves tokens only to the addresses that signed the scores. It is not the agent's wallet; the agent's wallet never holds, buys or sells $TIMECUBE.
THE OPERATIONS WALLET — ETH and USDC, address published here when funded.
It holds what the project earns from placement fees, cosmetics and merch, and it pays the bills: hosting, inference, the X API, the domains. Product revenue is never converted into $TIMECUBE. A programmatic purchase of the project's own coin with the project's revenue is a buyback under another name, whatever sentence sits next to it.
WHAT IT NEVER DOES
- It never sells $TIMECUBE. Not to pay a bill, not to fund a season, not at any price.
- It never provides liquidity, never lends, never stakes, never delegates.
- It is not described, by anyone on the project, as backing, a reserve, upside, value, or a reason to hold. It is a spending schedule and nothing else.
- Holding more $TIMECUBE never multiplies a score or a payout. Cosmetics can be bought; corners cannot.
- Nothing from trading reaches the project. The launchpad keeps its fees.
If the no-sell rule ever has to change, the change is published here
four weeks ahead, as a dated schedule of fixed sizes, before a single token moves.
WHERE THE POOL COMES FROM
The coin launches through a launchpad, and which of two cases applies is not ours to choose:
IF THE LAUNCHPAD OFFERS A TEAM ALLOCATION and counsel clears it, the custodians' share vests on time only, into the pool wallet, and its stated purpose is the pool. Under the concept's own four-month cliff nothing vests in the first season, so the first season is funded as in the other case.
IF IT DOES NOT, the operator is a buyer like anyone else, with the operator's own money: one buy per season at a fixed amount, announced four days ahead on this page with the date, the amount and the address. Never in the first four hours after deploy, never on a sponsored day, never in answer to a red day.
IF COUNSEL READS EITHER BUY AS SUPPORT, the pool is paid in USDC from the operations wallet instead, and the board says so. That is the cleanest pool there is.
THE SCHEDULE
Published here the day the wallet is funded: a fixed daily amount for season one, halving each season, and never more than a twenty-eighth of the wallet's balance. That second rule is what makes the line on every page true —
the pool is whatever is put in it — rather than a slogan. The balance and the days of pool left will be printed here beside it, so the wallet's runway is a number anyone can read.
Anyone may send tokens for a named day. Whatever arrives before 00:00 UTC is in that day's pool, and the box under the board names who put it in, as the operator recorded it. A sponsor's addition is shown as its own line beside the schedule pool: see
the rate card.
THE LEDGER
Every movement in and out, in plain prose, updated weekly from the day the wallet is funded.
| DATE (UTC) | IN OR OUT | AMOUNT | WHAT IT WAS | TRANSACTION |
| NO MOVEMENTS. THE WALLET DOES NOT EXIST YET. |
