Otis Eugene Ray, 1927–2015. Born July 2, 1927, in Alabama. A master electrician by trade, and President of the World Professional Marbles Players Association. He lectured at MIT and at Georgia Tech because students asked him to. He ran one page from 1997 until the month he died, and never took it down.
